The Amos Review offers a clear and urgent account of the systemic pressures, inequalities and fragmented care that continue to shape maternity and neonatal services across England.
The Amos Review offers a clear and urgent account of the systemic pressures, inequalities and fragmented care that continue to shape maternity and neonatal services across England.

IRNCM welcomes the report’s emphasis on equity, workforce investment, continuity of care, compassionate leadership and meaningful accountability. Safe care depends on more than individual commitment. It requires properly supported staff, joined-up systems and cultures in which women, families and professionals are heard.

As an international network of researchers, educators, clinicians and maternity leaders, we stand ready to support the learning, collaboration and sustained action needed to turn these recommendations into lasting change.

Every family deserves to be heard. Every family deserves honesty. Every family deserves safe and compassionate care.
